Print

With a dedicated print solutions team, we can manage your entire project from stock selection through pre-press, proofing, printing, finishing and delivery, using cutting edge digital presses with the latest six colour print technology. We are equally as skilled when it comes to web and litho printing – offering you up to 30,000 copies per hour and making this service ideal for your magazines, catalogues, brochures, or any of your specialist publications and corporate reports.

CYC has a vast range of finishing options available including binding, stitching, mounting, gluing, die cut and coatings keeping your project managed in house

Data Processing & Lasering

With an in-house data processing department we can produce everything from your bulk distribution label runs all the way through to your personalised variable data multi-page documents. Through CYC's database hosting, complete merge/purge packages and bespoke data manipulation and email campaigns, our in-house software programming team ensure we will manage your data in a way that is perfect for you.

Direct Mail

With the capacity to handle over 8 million mail packs a month, we can take care of any of your ad-hoc short run or contractual long run mailings. We can process everything from annual reports to statements and brochures, or even a simple postcard. And if you have any specialist requirements, we have one of the largest hand enclosing teams within the UK at your disposal for complex or non-standard projects. Services available include hand enclosing, intelligent machine enclosing, matching, labelling, hi-speed inkjetting, boxing, assembling and gluing. And our secure fulfilment service can also handle your tax vouchers, statements, cheques and certificate mailings – ensuring the utmost discretion.

We also offer an envelope supply and print service offering a comprehensive range of off the shelf and bespoke self-seal and gummed envelopes, either printed or supplied as plain stock in a selection of sizes.

Email Broadcasting

Email broadcasting can be a very useful, and sometimes essential, tool for organisations. With a wealth of extensive expertise in not only designing high-end emails, but in full white label broadcasting and tracking, CYC can tailor an email solution for your requirements.

Aligned with a full service delivery system, CYC can provide two email broadcasting solutions. A fully managed and tailored package with emails delivered as and when with full KPI reporting, we can provide bulk pre-purchase of email credits and assign studio resource to design and deliver your email.

Our other package hands over full control of the broadcast system to the client for email migration, broadcasting and reporting – naturally we often still handle the template design.

Through a robust and reliable network of data solution providers, we are also able to source and acquire email data for any requirement.

Postal Services

Using our wide international experience, our mailing services are designed to give you the best solutions for your delivery requirements. Using a combination of UK and international mail services and private contractors we offer you flexibility, choice and lower costs.

CYC offer registered services and hand delivery, plus international mail consolidation and re-mailing. We also still offer the full range of Royal Mail products including 1st and 2nd class postage, recorded delivery, airmail, mailsort, walksort, down stream access and parcel distribution for you to maximise discounts available

Storage & Fulfilment

Our 14,000sq foot storage facility is not only secured and monitored, it also has a link to the local police station for your piece of mind. In a prime location to service the City and Docklands financial centres, we also have quick access to all major UK road networks. Our fully trained friendly staff are always ready to take care of all aspects of deliveries from one envelope to multi-pallet distribution. We offer a high level of service no matter how large or small the project. You will receive a dedicated area for your stock with room to grow. We also offer a wide range of real-time stock control packages to suit your needs.
